It's actually possible to install TWebBrowser in personal versions of Delphi using the "Import ActiveX Control" option in the Component menu of the Delphi IDE. Look at this page for further details: http://www.cryer.co.uk/brian/delphi/howto_install_twebbrowser.htm It worked very fine for me under D7 Personal, but I must say that I also have D5 Pro installed on my system (which includes TWebBrowser by default)... but it should work even if you've only one personal version of Delphi installed on your system.
