Delphi 4 + paradox

I use the components DBtable + Database + DBnavigator,
and a paradox table I have done with delphi tools,
and when I post datas, I can see them in a DBGrid.But sometimes when I stop delphi 4 and restart it those datas have disappeard. I suppose they have not been written in the table on the disk.
If you have a solution I would be very interested.
