Paradox?

I need some help,

I'am am using a paradox table in a Delphi program,
i first post a lot of data to my paradox table, now when i am done i want to empty the table (note, the table is closed), but when i do I get an error dat the table is bussy. is this paradox related, if it is then what are my options to solve this problem.
