I am trying to install software from an Insurance partner I work with. This software is Delphi. I received an error in Ter32.dll under System 32 location when installing the software. I was able to overide this but everytime I launch from the icon I get a EOLESYSERROR message and cannot get in.

Any suggestions to rectify this problem?
