Did you try to run "Delphi5 IDE" or "a program made in Delphi5", there *is* a difference.. :P

D5 IDE runs fine on w2k, some times it needs a little tweaking thou. "D5 made" programs should run too, but the programmer is restricted to certain APIs and techniques etc,
