Urgent Help - access violation

i have a big problem with an access violation error in my app and i thanks any kind of help.
the problem is this: i have the main form that call the graphform.showmodal. in the graph form i use a component that paint a graph usig the heap with getmem. the first time i enter in the graph there are no problems, but if i close this form and recall showmodal the app stop with an access violation message and i can't interceps this error using try except.
