There is really no difference in writing events for a form that is created automatically by Delphi at program start, and a form that you create yourself when the program is running. The only difference is in the DPR file, where it says wether the form is automatically created, or not.

In the IDE, you set this in the "Project Options". On the tabsheet "Forms", you define which forms are "auto-create forms" and which files are "available" (forms that you can create later, under program control).
