NEED URGENT HELP!

Hay,
i have a huge problem, i'm a first year uni student and i have to create a hangman program in delphi for one of my classes, the problem is i've left it to the last moment and i don't know a thing about delphi! that's only the beginning of my problems. I have to have an analysis phase in, in two days, and because i don't understand delphi i don't even know where to start. I was wondering if any one would be willing to take on my case? please help
