I can probably sort this m8 - can u send me more details: DataSources/Tables/TableDefs/TDBLookupComboBox properties.
I betting on the fact that the DBLookupComboBox uses a field from another table to lookup the reason - and the index/display/sources are a bit iffy - i do it quite often myself.
