Pop up (show on top?)

Hey everybody!

I've written a little program that makes life a lot easier for me (it starts all my favorite apllications in my favorite order LOL)......you can find it here: http://www.festra.com/wwwboard/messages/1676.html
Anywayz, I minimize that program to my start bar, cuz it has to do tasks at 21:54 and 21:59. I want the program to "pop up" (is that called show on top?) at 21:54, so I can see the message that is displayed at that time...how can I do that?
