There are ways to hide a Delphi application from the user, by preventing it to show up on the Taskbar; you might find info in newsgroups (try "Deja Search"). I don't know if you can also hide it from Windows' list of programs that you get with Ctr-Alt-Del.
Your second question: your Delphi app can *start* other programs. But that doesn't mean that the other program is running *in* your application. Programs run in computer memory, not "in another" program. Or do you mean something else...?
