Radiobuttons are meant to be used to switch between several options. If you select one radiobutton, all the others of the same group are switched off.
Therefore it doesn't make much sense to use only one radiobutton in a group. If you simply want to switch one option on/off, better use a checkbox (also for independently swiching several options on/off).
