TntWare Unicode installation on D7 Personal: dcldb.dcp source missing

Hello everybody there,
I'm a newbie to Delphi.

Using Delphi 7 personal ed. Windows XP SP2

During the study of a freeware product called "SubRip - the DVD Subtitles speed ripper" v.1.50b4, I tried to install the Delphi Unicode Components from TntWare, as requested from SubRip.

During installation and compiling the TntWare components, it breaks on a "dcldb.dcp" saying this package source is missing.

"Borland Delphi Version 15.0
Copyright (c) 1983,2002 Borland Software Corporation

TntUnicodeVcl_D70.dpk(1)
TntUnicodeVcl_D70.dpk(41) Fatal: Required package 'dcldb' not found"

it seems it's a component of Delphi; Embarcadero refers it also to a previous Delphi 6 update version
which is not possible to download anymore.

Any help there?

thanks in advance!
Andrea Luciani
