Thanks Jenny! I wasn't making ScrollWidth large enough. The ListBox Width is 313. I tried ScrollWidth of 400 but no scrollbar appeared. I tried 600 and then it did! Then I tried 400 again and it worked too! I dunno :-)

The only problem now is the vertical scroll box now blocks the last few columns of text when the Horizontal bar is present. Oh well, it's so much better than it was before :-)
