But I just learnt from their site that Turbo Delphi 2006 Pro is not available anymore. CodeGear offers Delphi 2007 Win32 Professional instead; downloaded versions: $874 for new users, $374 for the upgrade, but it's not clear to me if that's also for upgrading from the free Explorer version :(
However if you search around a bit, you still can buy Turbo Delphi Pro, at about $400. Contact a few dealers and ask for info; a few examples in the US that still sell it: cdw.com, pcmall.com, softmart.com...
