1. Copy the directory structure and all of the files of Delphi 5 to your laptop, and do the same for your extra components.
2. Step by step, add the Delphi-related and extra-component-related registry items from your desktop PC to your laptop. On every step, make notes about what you did :) and try what works/ doesn't work.
Alas, I can't give any tips, because this is different for each installation. You could give it a try, but you should expect a lot of trial and error before it works.
