How to install Delphi5 under Win.XP ?

I'd just installed Windows XP, but when i install Delphi it makes some joke like this:
It installs perfectly, but when I try to compile something it shows the error : [Fatal Error] Required package 'execpk5' not found. i can't do nothing with it :-(((( ..
